Stabilizers & Texture Systems, Sweetener Blends


Denali manufactures a wide range of texture systems as well as sweetener blends. Texture Systems are functional blends of stabilizer components including gums, emulsifiers and starches that are selected and often custom blended for optimum texture, heat shock protection and functionality. Sweetener Blends provide sugar-replacing components for products such as keto ice cream or low-calorie, high-protein frozen dessert.

All of Denali’s texture systems are backed by our expert technical team that provides critical guidance on formulations and processing. We also have an R&D Innovation Center where we can simulate production on a small scale. We can replicate pre-production testing of prototype ingredients as well as finished concept testing with a range of equipment. Stabilizer development is also supported by rheological testing, sensory evaluation, and heat shock testing.
